New Mill Quarter Residents Association

Created by residents, for residents. New builds estates are more complex than ever with a series of new providers from heating to internet. Collectively, residents face and manage issues ranging from interacting with the Residents Management Group to ensuring that new estates are recognised and consulted by the Council. The Residents Association aims to tackle estate problems, build community and work alongside local exisiting developments and residents.

The Residents Association was established 03/02/2020 with an Executive Committee elected shortly after and is based on a formal consitution. Executive Committee elections are held every 6 months whilst the site fills up and then annually thereafter.
